This is your "Certificate of Origin" template.
	Remember!! As soon as you open a file rename it!!  You must preserve the integrity of your original.
	This is what we call a "twofer", two forms in one.
	Click on the tab below that says "Chamber Certificate", and you will have a Certificate of Origin
	that you can have endorsed by your local Chamber of Commerce.
	Click on the tab called "Certificate of Origin" and you will have a generic Certificate of Origin
	for countries that do not require that silly endorsement.
